LM4050-N: Stable for any capacitor

Part Number: LM4050-N
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM431,

Hi, team.

Is lm4050 stable for a capacitor of every kind of type(ceramic, tantalum) and capacity?
Is there a stability behavior chart like LM431?

BR

  • Hi Kobayashi-san,

Yes, the LM4050 is stable for all output capacitors so there is no need for a chart like the LM431. From the description "The LM4050-N design eliminates the need for an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive load, thus making the LM4050-N easy to use." I hope this helps.
