Yes, for all 4 items it is +/- 5mA.
The load regulation does not include the transient characteristic like the ripple, instead it is the final settled value. Section 7 of this document helps explain it better and has visuals.

Hi Yuto-san,
It means that between the ranges of +5ma and -5mA any current change will fall under that delta of ppm/mA. So for example in a typical application, the current goes from 0mA to 2mA at 25C the output voltage can change (6ppm/mA) * 2mA = 12ppm typical.
