REF1933: Operating Temperature

Hello,

I am looking for someone from TI to confirm the operating temperature of this device. In the "Absolute Maximums" section of the datasheet, it is stated that the "Operating Temperature" is -55 to 125C. This seems to conflict with the "Packaging Information" section which describes all parts as being -40 to 125C. For customer requirements, we need to select a part that is -55C capable.

Hi Michael,

The REF1933 is -55C to 125C capable and will work at -55C. It is just that we do our device EC table specs from -40C to 125C. The specifications of the device at -55C will likely be close to -40C but we do not characterize the device at this temperature.
