REF3012: Typical Characteristics for datasheet

Guru 19485 points
Part Number: REF3012
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: REF3025,

About Datasheet of REF30xx series, 7.6 Typical Characteristics are described only REF3025 specification.

Is there REF3012 Characteristics like the REF3025? (Expect Vout specification, is these REF3025 spec the same as REF3012?)

Best regards,

Satoshi

  • Hi Satoshi,

Besides the obvious ones like Vout, the typical graphs (line reg, output impedance, drift, ect...)  on the datasheet would still apply for the REF3012.

For graphs like Vout vs anything, If you scale this down to 1.25V then it would be the same as a typical for REF3012. For example, multiply the values by (1.25/2.5) and the graphs will work for REF3012.

  • Hi Satoshi,

the performance of the different parts within this series is very similar. In my experience, the production tolerances from lot to lot are biggger than the differencies within the series. See also here, where we discuss powering up issues like overshot versus load capacitance:
