Request to please  notify how to determine  the grade of the TI active components,  viz. commercial, Industrial or Automotive.

    Hi Kumar,

    There is 2 ways.

    Orderable device number.
    Example: TL431BQDBZ
    Family Name:TL431
    Accuracy Grade: blank (2%) , A (1%), B(0.5%)
    Temperature Grade: C(0C-70C), I (-40C to 85C), Q (-40C to 125C)
    Package: DBZ (sot23-3), ect.

    The 2nd way is to checkout the device marking.
    For example on TL431 on the datasheet in Package Option Addendum starting on pg 41 it shows the device marking which will be the top mark of the device.
