BQ27510-G2: conversion from SOC to percentage

Part Number: BQ27510-G2

I am getting values in State of charge registers. How to convert them in percentage value...

  • It should be already in percentage.
  • In reply to Kang Kang:

but the value it will return is 16 bit unsigned integer... so if i'll read both registers togather the value is 0x7D89..
  • In reply to Prachi Parekh:

    Hello Prachi,

    Are you reading from 0x2c/2d?
  • In reply to Kang Kang:

    yes
  • In reply to Prachi Parekh:

Yes it's already in %, just convert bin/hex to dec.

    Regards,

  • In reply to Damian Lewis:

Hi but should I read 0x2c or 0x2d or 0x2c2d 16-bit value ? Because while reading 0×2c I am getting value 0×7D which is higher than 100 and reading 0×2D which is also higher than 100.. and I consider 16 bit value than that is 0×7D89 ... So all values are more than 100 .... How can I consider them ....
