LM5005MH rectangle signal at pin switching node

I`m using the LM5005MH with Vin=10-60V, Vout=3.3V, Iout=1.2A and I have the problem that the signal at the pin switching node is not stable. With an input voltage of 10 to 15 volts i have a rectangle signal. When i increase the input voltage, i have an overlapped signal and no rectangle signal anymore. If i increase the voltage to 60 volts the overlapping of the signal is getting worse. I tried the ti-schematic for the mentioned values but it's not getting better. Has someone an idea what to do? Thanks for your help.
