Part Number: TPSM846C23

I am evaluating the TPSM846C23 power module for providing core voltage for AMD Radeon E8860 GPU.

The current status of the part is preview. I would like to know if I can get samples, the expected release date and the cost of the part.

I need the pad mechanical dimensions to create PCB footprint which is not currently provided in the datasheet.
