Part Number: LMG5200
i would like to know if it is possible to use multiple LMG5200 in a 700W multiphase buck converter. My idea is to use up to 6 LMG5200 and a switching frequency of around 1MHz. Is it suggested to use this device for this kind of application or it is better to use another device?

thanks for your interest in the LMG5200.
As a general statement, the LMG5200 is well suited for 1MHz (and beyond) single or multi-phase application while giving a noticeable efficiency improvement over silicon.
As long as you don't exceed either the current (10A), voltage (80V) or juction temperature(125C) ratings the part is a good candidate.
