Could you tell me about the value of internal pull-up resistor of EN pin?

I'll look into this after the holidays. It is probably not a pull up resistor. To better assist you can you tell me why you need to know? What is your concern?

EN pin has internal pull up 2Meg to BP voltage. There is additional circuitry concerned with the external VIN UVLO threshold and hysteresis also connected to EN internally. If you need those details we will need to consult an IC designer, but the datasheet should provide enough information for you to design with. Do you have a specific concern? That may be easier to answer than finding internal design details.
