CSD17585F5: Can CSD17585F5 MOSFET be driven by 1.8V VGS voltage ?

Hi,

For CSD17585F5 MOSFET, the drive voltage of 1.8V has not been mentioned any where in the datasheet. 

Can this MOSFET be driven by 1.8V VGS voltage ?

If Yes what will be the RDS(on) and Drain current (Id) of this MOSFET for VGS = 1.8V ?

    Soumya,

    We do not recommend trying to drive this device @ 1.8Vgs as there is no guarantee of any performance as this voltage is very close to the threshold. When operating close to threshold it is not possible to give a guaranteed resistance performance as small shifts in threshold voltage have huge swings in resistance.
