I have a new request from my customer on tps65235-1 as follows:
bit#4 (field T125) =0 all the times which means by datasheet that Die temp is above 125degC (Even at cold start up).
Customer checked temp of the device on top the package, it is safe (ambient temp).
Is it a mistake in datasheet? 0=temp die is below 125degC and 1=above 125degC
Customer needs this information for high temp detection.
