LM5113: Baking Question for LM5113

Part Number: LM5113

Dear Sir,

Customer using LM5113 in their PCB and  queston is PCB need baking 2hours @ 150℃ after SMT reflow.

Please check LM5113 can meet this or not.

    Ian,

    Per the device datasheet, the maximum storage temperature for the LM5113 is 150ºC. Hence, a bake at 150ºC is within the device specification (marginally). Careful consideration must be applied in the customer's process in order to avoid exceeding the Absolute Maximum Ratings.
