See attached schematic.. On left side CPLD which provide control signal up to 100MHz @ LVCMOS.
Need a circuit which can be controlled by this signal and drive laser diode at 5V/0.2A via 50ohm.

thank you for your interest; yes you can use the LMG5200 to drive a similar circuit by using only the low side FET, and leaving the high-side unconnected. And HI held low (to ground).
Alternatively you could use the LM5114 as low side gate driver with a discrete FET.

I imagine when you say 100MHz, you mean that the on pulse is 10ns, with 2ns rise/fall.
If this is correct the LMG5200 can provide a minimum pulse width of 10ns with ~40V/ns slew rate.
The LM5114 can provide a minumum pulse of 5ns.
Both solutions are able to deliver the desired performance, if you are planning on using the LM5114, the FET selection will depend on the voltage and current requirements.
