I am looking only the bias sequencer for GAN Amplifier.

My requirement is

I should achieve the power oN sequence within 1us.

Please provide your suggestion on this

Are you looking for the bias sequencer for GAN RF Amplifier application?
At TI we focus on power applications for GaN and we don't have a portfolio in RF GaN. Therefore our expertise with GaN sequencers selection is unfortunately outside the scope of our GaN team.
