 whose input voltage is -> 9V-30V, & ouput voltage is 12V. & max current load is 0.3A.

    Peter,

    i am enclosing the Power Management Guide for 2011. The section you will be interested in starts on page 43 and actual devices listed on page 46, With the minimum information you have given me I would expect that you will want something like the UCC3800 series as it starts at 4.1 volts.

    Thank you very much.

    I see this controller.

    But I am interested in may be some new products with maximum integration and low cost (for mass production).

    Like this the Top Switch (only 5 jr 8 pins, integrated switch and etc.). But for the Top Switch the min supply voltage is 16V,

    If it is something like this with power supply from 8...9 or low it will be the best choose for me.
