DC DC Converter Uin= 300V, Uout=110V, Iout= 150A
We are designing DC DC Converter with parameter as below
- INPUT Uin=300VDC - OUTPUT: Uout= 110VDC, Iout= 150A
We wonder how to choose suitable DC DC topology. Sync-buck is ok ?
Thanks in advanced!
AT the power levels you are planning to operate at i would suggest a phase shifted full bridge topology using a UCC28950 controller.
We use none- isolated DC DC
So do you have any advice ?
The simplest design would be a simple buck converter using a transformer driven switch for the pulse width modulation. with 300 volts in and 110 volts out the duty cycle should be about 30%
