Yes connecting a resistor from pin 5 to pin 6 will produce a PWM output for a push-pull, but you will need to use an external driver.
No the the LM5025 was not design to have an oscillator frequency of 400Hz, its' minimum oscillator frequency is around 100kHz.

If you want a boost, you may want to look at the LM5032, it can be used as a dual interleaved boost, this would reduce the output capacitor ripple current. I've attached the applications note. 4617.lm5032appnote.pdf
You could use the LM5025 if you want, the driver outputs are pins 8 and 9.
In the LM5K series of controllers I am not aware of any parts that will operate down to 400Hz. Maybe you can explain to me what you are trying to do, so I can make a recommendation.

I WILL BE DRIVING IN PUSH-PULL FOR THE LOW POWER UNITS AND FULL BRIDGE FOR THE HIGH POWER APPLICATION I NEED A CONTROLLER THAT CAN WORK DOWN IN THE 800HZ RANGE
