Dear Sir,

design a DC- DC convertor with isolation for an input of 70- 140 and an output of 48V @ 4.5A  with a primary regulated input for the IC LM5046, hence require support for schematic and transformer design details to take it forward.

Thanks and regards

    Neelesh,

I have attached a MathCad file which should help.  Take a look at it and I can help you fill in the blanks.

    Neelesh,

It seem that E2E will not let me email you the file, can you send me your email address?

    Terry

    Dear Terry,

thanks for the mathcad did help in arriving at finalising components, but if you could assist with a schematic will become easier in moving ahead, since now the pressure on us is mounting for sample delivery.

    Thanks and regards

    Neelesh,

Who you like me review your schematic, I can do that it's best if you send it to me in a PDF format.
