There is a lot of solutions: http://focus.ti.com/paramsearch/docs/parametricsearch.tsp?family=analog&familyId=398&uiTemplateId=NODE_STRY_PGE_T

Check the [v] Flyback and [v] Current/Current Mode and then you have a tons of ICs.

    Vinod,

What you are looking for is not a single IC. What you need is a conplete power converter. You can go on line to Bodo's Power and review the May 2012 issue where there is an article on how to design a Discontinuous Flyback Power Converter that might help guide you through the process.

You may also look at TI Literature No. SLUU087B.  It is a detailed User Guide for the UCC3809 but I put in all of the power stage design equations for a discontinuous mode flyback converter design so it isn't really exclusive for that particular controller.
