I m going to design a front end single phase boost converter with power factor controlled.the specifications are given below.
Input voltage : 200-250Vac
Boost output voltage : 700 Vdc
Current : 5A
Power : 350W
will you provide suitable configuration.

Hell Aditya,
The E2E engineer to engineer forum is a collaboration of engineers helping each other design. It is a place where engineers collaborate and share ideas; as well as, their experience in electrical engineering design. This activity includes the discussion of design, applications, tricks and tips for designing a better end system. It is also a place to help engineers in their design process, while they are working on thier own designs, to help them work through any issues they might be having.
It almost seems like you are looking for a contractor or someone to design the power supply for you. You might consider looking at the power lab design library to see if there are any designs that are similar to your power requirements. http://www.ti.com/lsds/ti/analog/powermanagement/reference_design.page
TI has done designs for customers when the volumes are high enough. If this is the case you might want to contact the product information center, to see if TI will do a custom design for you. http://www.ti.com/ww/en/pic/PIC-Americas.html
You might also want to look at your power requirements, we believe they are in error. This design looks like it is 3.5kW and not 350W.
