3-phase variable AC to 21VDC regulated

Hello,

My input is 3-phase AC ranging from 20-40VRMS. I require a DC output of 21VDC.

The load current may be as high as 5ADC at times and all components must be rated to 150C.

What are some recommendations for components?

At the present time I have built a 3-phase rectifier bridge from 6 diodes (RHRP860) and am filtering that with a pair of 110uF tantalums. For regulation, I suppose a SMPS would be preferable to the shunting type because of less waste heat?

Is an IC available for the rectifier bridge that can handle the power?
