How to sync LM5032

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5032

we have application for LM5032 Synchroniz output for +50 and other LM5032  -50V that by 180 drgree phase.

In LM5032 datasheet " The RT/SYNC pin
voltage is nominally regulated at 2.0V and the external pulse amplitude should lift the pin to between 3.8V and
5.0V on the low-to-high transition. The synchronization pulse width should be between 15 and 150 ns. The RT
resistor is always required, whether the oscillator is free running or externally synchronized."

It's seem very hard to create sync clock.

How to  to sync LM5032?  has any example for sync LM5032 ?

  • If you wish to synchronize the LM5032 to an external clock then you must have an external system clock available. Is this correct? The requirement is that your external clock must be running between 4% and 2 times the free running frequency and it must have the amplitude and pulse width that you mention above. Perhaps you may need to divide down and level shift your system oscillator to achieve these requirements.
