DCDC switcher without thermal shutdown

I am trying to look for a DCDC convertor that does not have a thermal shut down.

The other general requirements are:

input 10-40V

Output 5V

Load 100mA

I did not find one on the website. I'd greatly appreciate it if someone can help. Thanks,
