PMP7763 design inquiry

I have designed and built the circuit for the PMP7763 as per the original schematics but if I have used a STW4N150 instead of a STP3N150 in reference to the Q102 transistor, would it make that big of a difference? Reason I am asking is because the R106 20.5k resistor has a massive voltage drop over it I cannot figure out why.
