High-side/Low-side Gate Driver for 5V supply

Hi Team,
 
My customer considered to use LM5100A for DCDC module application.
However, required specifications were modified and he is looking for High-side/Low-side Gate Driver that is capable for VDD=5V(5V supply).
 
It seems High-side/Low-side Gate Drivers of TI products can't be used for 5V supply.
Is there any solution for this requirement?
The competitive device is HIP2103.
