UCC28950 - SLUA560B - feedback loop

In the application not SLUYA560B there is the equation 105 which last term I do not understand:  (1/ 1+S(f)/2pi fpp ....).

I have been able to deduct the rest of the equation quite easily, but without this term.

In fact it is a very small term that changes very little the result, but I would like to know the theoretical basics of it.

And also why fpp = fs/4? and fc = fpp/10?

The feedback loop is calculated for 10% of load, but what if the converter works at say 2% of max. load.

If someone can answer or advise me of a paper on this subject I would be very obliged.
