Would you mind if we ask UCC3895?

When the device was broken or the device occurs malfunction by surge or over voltage stress,
may following condtions occur?
- ON time of 18(OUTA), 17(OUTB), 14(OUTC) or 13(OUTD) is long.
-18(OUTA), 17(OUTB), 14(OUTC) or 13(OUTD) output long pulse.

If you have some information, could you let us know it?
If you don't have these, of course, it is not a matter.

Hi Hirotaka-san,

It is almost impossible to know if this is a symptom of a surge or over voltage stress without performing failure analysis.

Can you return the part through the QTS process and TI can put it back on ATE to see if it still passes final test?
