300W Half-Bridge SMPS with UC3825 Output Voltage Problem

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UC3825

 Hello friends,

I designed 300 W Half-Bridge SMPS with UC3825 IC.

Input Voltage : 230V AC / 325V DC

Output : 30V / 10A

Switching Frequency : 100 kHz

Transformer : ETD39/20/13, Primary : 50 Turns, Secondary1 : 7 Turns, Secondary2 : 7 Turns.

My design schematic is same the image attached.

My Problem is no output voltage. I can see 1-2V DC max.

According to image; I don't measure C1 capacitor voltage, it is zero. C2 capacitor voltage is 320V DC. (C1 and C2 should be charged to half the potential of the input voltage 320V DC)

Also Q1 MOSFET is heating and Q1 PWM signal is break down. However, Q2 MOSFET is working normally and its PWM signal is normal, too.

What is the problem?

Could you please help me?
