Search for 37V~57V input to 54V 0.4A output solution

Hi sir,

  We have a application for POE input(37V~57V) to 54V 0.4A output to next PSE output, but we would like to use buck-boost solution or easy & small one solution to do because flyback topology is large for board size concern. Is any suggestion about this? If have ref. circuit is better for us to design.
