Hello,

we want convert +12V to around -3.3V, the negative supply is used for high-speed op amp.

please recommend the power IC.

more information: max current is around 1A.

Kerb,

I assume there is no isolation requirement at this voltage level. An inverting buck-boost topology should meet your need. Please go to non-isolated DC-DC forum for IC recommendation.
