Customer wants to make a 100W (20V 5A) adaptor for an audio speaker box with type C PD interface, I just found a 20V 3A reference design, do you have comments for this 20V 5A design?

For 100W, I assume that you're customer is going to require PFC? Is the 60W design that you have found a flyback based approach? If the application requires PFC it could be quite a different approach to the reference design.
For external adapters the efficiency requirements would want to be born in mind when selecting the topology as well.
Yes, exactly, they need PFC, and it's better PFC + PWM controller one chip, but cost still is the first priority, could you please help? thank you very much!
