UCC28063A: One chip 1.3W_peak solution

Part Number: UCC28063A

Customer want to use one chip UCC28063A for 720Wrms and 1.3kWpeak solution.

Is UCC28063A possible to use this solution?

If impossible, please let me know why impossible.

（I think that the reason is become very large external components, is it correct?）

By the way, customer want to consider transition mode PFC.

    Hello Satoshi-san, 

    For 1.3kW solution, it would be overloaded for transition mode PFC, the best solution should be CCM or interleaved CCM mode PFC.

    But if your customer only consider transition mode PFC, UCC28063A for interleaved transition mode PFC is a good solution.

    But even UCC28063A can handle 1.3kW, but Mosfet and Diode with high current level are need, which may increase total cost.
