Dear Sir,

Thanks for providing transformer datasheet.

Our transformer manufacturer still have some doubts such as-

Number of turns in P S & A windings

Inductance

Wire gauge

May you pls guide?

Joshi,

The magnetising inductance is listed as 120uH and leakage 4uH in that datasheet. You will need to contact Renco for samples to evaluate or for further information.

Dear Sir,
we realy appreciate the efforts made by you but we are still short of somthing as-
We reviewed the data sheet and observed turns and wire size details are missing. Kindly forward the same. Turns ratio is been given as 9:1:1. but we want atleast turns detail of along with wire dia.

Without this data the transformer manufacturer is unable to make the sample.
may you pls. send a transformer sample to us?
or
may you send a functioning sample board of said smps?

And I felt sorry to inform you we do not have the information for actual wire size and observed turns for RLTI-1119 either.  

I would suggest you reach Renco Electronics for requesting the transformer samples or ask any technical inquiry regarding the RLTI-1119 transformer via engineering@rencousa.com. 

In the meanwhile, I will get the sales team involved to see if we can work out an alternative here.
