May you provide ckt diagram and transformer design details along with a working prototype for an Smps with following specs?

output- 14v 5a CCCV

And I am sorry to inform you we do not have any test board for the PMP designs. You may need to build your own board with all the information you needed under the PMP10350 product folder.

The magnetising inductance is listed as 120uH and leakage 4uH in that datasheet. You will need to contact Renco for samples to evaluate or for further information.

And I felt sorry to inform you we do not have the information for actual wire size and observed turns for RLTI-1119 either.
I would suggest you reach Renco Electronics for requesting the transformer samples or ask any technical inquiry regarding the RLTI-1119 transformer via firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the meanwhile, I will get the sales team involved to see if we can work out an alternative here.
