How much is minimum values of TD1/2 for our reference?

    Minimum propagation delay is not usually specified in gate driver data sheets. The reasoning is that the desire is for it to be as short as possible. Most material will have prop delays around the typical specification. For design purposes, around 15 ns would be a good expected minimum for tD1, and around 25 ns for tD2. These figures are not guaranteed specifications, but rather a good faith effort from TI to address the customer's inquiry.
