Which package type do you require the data for?

I will request the thermal data once i know the package type but it can take up to two weeks before it is available

The Thermal data is as follows

Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value)	82.1
Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	38.3
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	38.1
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	6.6
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	37.7
