UCC27524: Gate driver

Thanks for asking about this question. Im an apps engineer and will help to answer it. UCC27524 is the best replacement part for NCP81071. The UCC27524 has the added benefit of half the prop delay, one tenth lower quiescent power consumption and half the operating current across frequency. UCC27524 has  less variation in rise and fall times across temperature, we also show thresholds and output resistance across temperature which show a flat curve and lower output resistance. Most importantly  UCC27524 delivers its 5A peak current during the miller plateau, when it is needed most. This makes UCC27524 capable of sourcing high current at low voltages.
