I cannot find thermal to junction thermal resistance in datasheet.

Please help to provide this data the thermal evaluation.

Hello Shaq,

Please excuse the delay. Here are the values:

Result- Theta JA-High K = 43.6 C/W (Junction-to-ambient thermal resistance)
Result-Theta JC, top = 48.4 C/W (Junction-to-case (top)thermal resistance)
Result-Theta JB = 17.9 C/W (Junction-to-board thermal resistance)
Result- Psi JT = 1.0 C/W (Junction-to-top characterization parameter)
Result- Psi JB = 17.9 C/W (Junction-to-board characterization parameter)
Result-Theta JC, bottom = 3.0 C/W (Junction-to-case (bottom) thermal resistance)
