TPS65131: using the TPS65131 split rail converter to generate +12V and -12V from +5V input. do short-circuit testing on the positive or negative channel , the output voltage on the negative or positive channel is not correct!

 using the TPS65131 split rail converter to generate +12V and -12V from +5V input. when I do short-circuit testing ,I have two problems below and the schematic is shown below.

1. when i short -12V to ground, the output voltage of the TPS6513x boost converter stage can be stable in +12V, but after the short-circuit testing, the output voltage of the inverting converter stage can not recovery to -12V;

2. when i short +12V to ground, the output voltage of the TPS6513x inverting converter stage can not be stable in +12V,  after the short-circuit testing, the output voltage of the boost converter stage can recovery to +12V;
