Dear,


our client use TPS65131-Q1 PSN pull High and Low to see no load and light load and middle load and heavy load.

PSN Pull High , and no load

PSN Pull High,  light load

PSN Pull High,  middle load

PSN Pull High,   heavy load.

PSN Pull Low,   no load.

PSN Pull Low,   light load

PSN Pull Low,   middle load

PSN Pull Low, heavy load


if we change C10 cap form 22pF to 2pF , VNEG(AVDDN) output was stable,  it`s could be workable solution  or other suggestion?

 

if any, Please advise me.

    Hello Lawrence,

    We saw similar waveforms at other customers and the problem was layout. Please check with the customer if there might be noise coupling into the FBN node. Even if at the moment the problem seems to be solved by changing the capacitor, if the layout of FBN is in a noisy area, it could come back later in mass production.
