LM3433 Test point voltages

Hi

I have manufactured the boards according to TI reference designs based on AN1937

Unfortunately, I am not getting any output and can't figure out for the world of it where the issue lies. Are there any test points/ component legs that I can use to verify the circuit and what will the voltages be at those points for no load/ load conditions.
