TLC5944 propagation delay

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLC5944, TLC59283, TLC59482

Hi all,

I use driver TLC5944 .

The TLC5944 turns on the LED channels in a series delay to provide a circuit soft start future.

This is good feature but if I have short pulse  about 25 ns (from PWM output) this feature gives negative effect in the form of the parasitic horizontal line on the screen. This is feature necessary but propagation delay too long (minimum 20 ns for second group of channels) I think better delay 3-5 ns, not more. Also I can do anything in my controller of this drivers, because i sent not PWM from controller, but 16 bit words.

May be somebody knows how to solve this problem? Or may be exist other driver  with shorter propagation  delay in PWM outputs.

Regards

Igor Kovryga
