Hi,

I'm looking for a multiplexing LED driver for bi-color 7-segment LED displays, like this one:

Formerly I used NXP SAA1064, but is has been discontinued. Important is that multiplexing is done by the driver itself, not by software of a µP. An 8x8 matrix LED driver may also be suitable. What I found are devices like TLC5947, but they only inlude low-side drivers and I have to do the multiplexing by software

Hi,

Actually we don't have matrix LED in TI.

If you want to control a 8*8 matrix, there are two ways:

1. You need add mos(applicaiton circuit on board) for line control, for multiplexing;

2. don't use multiplexing, 1 ch for 1 LED, say 3 tlc5947 for a 8*8 matrix.
