LP5562 Question for Controlling Multiple LEDs with One Engine

Hi Jerry,

With the LED PWM output selection bvits you can select which Engine controls which output. These bits are located in the register 70h (W_ENG_SEL, R_ENG_SEL, G_ENG_SEL and B_ENG_SEL bits). So all of the four LED ouputs can be controlled from one engine.

Unfortunately there is not similar control as LP5523 row control.

To achieve the wanted sequence, you would need to use the triggering between engines, but then you can control only three LEDs independently.

For that application it seems to be better solution. You can also check LP8501, which is close to LP5523.
