1. How many TLC5947 can be cascaded with the scanning mode of 1/16 and the spi frequency is 8 MHz , when the numbers are increased i will get the flickering effect in the display.

2. also give the explanation about the max INPUT FREQUENCY OF THE TLC5947 when cascaded.

    So you mean that if the cascading number increased, then flicker will be seen?
    What kind of flicker do you mean?Did you test the waveform the find any unusual?
    The max input frequency of cascaded situation should be related with TD0 TIMING in datasheet page5.
