TLC59711 Should the Exposed Pad (PowerPad) Connection be grounded?

Hi,


The data sheet fro the TLC59711 doesn't say if the exposed pad (or PowerPAD) should be grounded or not.   I need to know because I'm laying a PCB and don't want to make a mistake.
