LM3646 EVM test urgent

Dear Sir,

1. I set up the EVM and was going to test the function. I found I push "Read ALL" then push "Flash" the LED turn on . but after that I push "Flash" . the LED doesn't turn on. I have to push "Read All" again then push "Flash" the LED turn on. is this situation right? 

2. I push "Torch" the LED doesn't turn on. is anything wrong?Thanks.

    When you Read All registers, observe the Flags fields. If any flags other than "Flash t.o." are set a read is required to clear them, otherwise the LM3646 cannot be re-enabled. You may execute a "Read Flags" only instead of "Read All". If a flag gets set, make the necessary adjustments to eliminate that condition from re-occurring.

    Dear sir,

    could you help show me the GUI settting?  I have tried many time it still doesn't work.

    may I have you GUI parameter? how can I set register ? can I keep the LED on ? Thanks.

    There is nothing to setup in order to perform a flash or Torch event. As long as the jumpers specified in the User's Guide are in place, you should be able to press Flash or Torch and the LEDs will come on in the corresponding mode. Could it be that the EVM is damaged?

    please see below jump seeting.
    J15  VIO to VIN
    J16 EN to VIO
    J12 PWM0 TORCH
    J14 PWM2 TX
    J13 PWM1 STROBE
    LEDs (J18 and J19) shorted
    J4 VINL VIN shorted

    --------------------------------------------

    I connected the PC and supply voltage 3.2V. I push "Set default setting" then push "flash" the LED blink . but second time I push "flash " it doesn't blink any more. I have to push  "Set default setting" or "read flag" again then the LED can blink. Moreover , I push "Torch" it is also blink, it can't keep turning on.  I don't know how can I set this GUI. Thanks.

    by the way I have used two EVM to verify the function but it seems doesn't to work.

    Hi,

    The issue is not with the GUI but with the EVM. Just starting the GUI and pressing "Flash" or "Torch" will turn the LEDs on in the corresponding mode. If the LEDs blink briefly and do not turn on again until you reset the LM3646 or read the flags, it means that a fault has occurred. Can you tell me which flag fields read an "1" when you read the flags? Is your supply current-limited? The jumpers seem to be okay.
