I've been looking through the many posts on e2e and I've looked through the datasheet and I can't figure out how to calculate what the total current consumption of the TLC59116-Q1 would be, given Rext=720ohm; Vin=5V or3.3V; and having all outputs on.
My customer has a very tight budget on power and wants to know the worst-case scenario for power consumption. I'm puzzled why their are so many different current numbers in the datasheet and I would like to know how to calculate the total power consumption of the device given a set of criteria.
Can you please provide an example of how to calculate it?
