TLC59116: Default state of outputs

Hi,

     I am using TLC59116 to drive leds, I need to know what is the default state on output pins after power on resetting(POR) the LED Driver  whether it is LOW , HIGH or Unknown state. 

Here i am attaching the circuit diagram of led driver. Please can some one answer me what is the default state of output.

    When the device starts up the default value for all of the LEDs is for them to be in the OFF state with none of the LED channels sinking current.
    See Table 6 in Section 9.5.3.

    Then looking at Section 9.3.3 in the section discussing POR it states that when the TLC59116 experiences a POR all of the channels are deselected and they return to their default state which is off.
