I design 100 W Audio, using LM3409 to drive the screen, the input voltage is 24V, PWM modulation, excuse me, how many degrees of temperature protection of LM3409 。

    Hello Chen,

    If you are having thermal issues I could better help you if you could also provide a schematic and other operating conditions such as the LED stack voltage and current and what PWM frequency and duty cycle you are dimming with. A BOM would help as well.

    But to answer your question the LM3409 will enter thermal shutdown when the die reaches 160C and will not turn back on until it has cooled about 15C.
